Flocked Tray

Flocked Tray refers to a tray whose surface has been treated with a flocking process, usually made from plastic (such as PS, PET, PVC) or paper-based substrates. Short fibers (such as nylon or viscose) are vertically implanted onto a glue-coated surface through electrostatic attraction, creating a soft, suede-like texture. In foreign trade, this term is commonly used in packaging, display, and logistics, especially for the display and protection of high-end goods such as jewelry, watches, cosmetics, electronics, and gifts. Use scenarios include luxury packaging exported to European and American markets, trade show sample displays, and retail store displays. Notes: The substrate material, flocking fiber type, color, size, weight, and environmental standards (such as REACH, RoHS) must be clearly specified; the difference between a flocked tray and an ordinary plastic tray lies in surface texture and scratch resistance, while the difference from a flocked fabric tray lies in substrate hardness and forming method. In addition, attention should be paid to moisture-proof and pressure-proof transport to avoid fiber shedding. Quotations are usually given per 'piece' or 'set', with minimum order quantity, mold fee, and packaging method noted.
