Embroidery Sample is a professional term in the foreign trade of textiles, apparel, and home textiles. It refers to a sample made to demonstrate embroidery craftsmanship, patterns, colors, stitching techniques, and fabric effects. It is typically used for customer design confirmation, pre-order sampling, or trade show display, and is a key link between design and mass production. Usage scenarios include: customers providing artwork for sampling, factories replicating according to original samples, or sales representatives proactively recommending new patterns. Precautions: Embroidery samples must clearly indicate dimensions, thread numbers, stitch counts, base fabric material, and color to avoid discrepancies in bulk production due to misunderstandings; samples usually require written customer approval before mass production, and the approved sample should be retained as a basis for acceptance.
