The Contract Quality Guarantee Counter-signature Form is a multi-party counter-signature document used in international trade to confirm the quality guarantee clauses of a contract. It is commonly seen in large equipment, engineering projects, or long-term supply contracts. Its core function is to ensure that all parties—such as the exporter, importer, end user, quality inspection agency, or supervisor—reach an agreement on and sign to confirm the quality guarantee content (e.g., warranty period, inspection standards, claim conditions, after-sales responsibilities). Usage scenarios include: after contract signing, before production, or before shipment, as a prerequisite for the quality guarantee agreement to take effect.
