Inspection Photos

Inspection Photos are photographs taken by inspectors or suppliers during the inspection of goods after production is completed or before shipment in foreign trade. They are used to record the actual condition, packaging, quantity, shipping marks, and other information of the goods. They usually serve as attachments to an Inspection Report and are important visual evidence to prove whether the goods meet contract requirements. Usage scenarios include: customers requesting photos after commissioning third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, BV); suppliers showing bulk samples to customers after self-inspection; or as a basis for confirming quality before shipment. Notes: Photos should be clear, multi-angle, and include dates and reference objects; they must be consistent with the inspection report, avoiding selective shooting; if the customer specifies shooting standards, they must be strictly followed. Unlike 'Pre-production Sample Photos,' inspection photos target the overall bulk goods, not individual samples; unlike 'Loading Photos,' which record the loading process, inspection photos focus on quality inspection.
