Precautions: it must be consistent with the main contract clauses to avoid conflicts; it should clearly reference international standards (such as ISO, ASTM) or samples confirmed by both parties; the starting point of the quality guarantee period (such as shipment date or arrival date) must be clear; the inspection agency and cost bearing must be agreed upon. Difference from other terms: A Quality Guarantee is usually a unilateral commitment document, while the system table is a systematic arrangement confirmed by both parties; a Quality Agreement focuses more on the division of responsibilities between the parties, while the system table focuses more on processes and records.
