Drawer Box

Drawer Box is a foreign trade packaging term referring to a rigid paper box with a pull-out inner box, usually composed of an outer sleeve and an inner drawer (tray), similar to a matchbox or drawer structure. Usage scenarios: widely used for packaging high-end goods such as gifts, jewelry, electronics, and cosmetics; because of its elegant opening method and good display effect, it is often used for retail display and gift giving. Notes: 1. Material (such as gray board, art paper, specialty paper) and surface process (hot stamping, UV, lamination) must be specified; 2. Dimensions must be precise, and the gap between the drawer and the outer sleeve should be moderate: too tight makes it difficult to pull out, too loose makes it easy to fall off; 3. Pay attention to transport protection during export to avoid deformation from squeezing; 4. Difference from Lid-and-Base Box: the latter has separate top and bottom lids, while the drawer box is pulled out from the side; difference from Flip-top Box: the latter has a hinged flip cover. In foreign trade, 'Drawer Box' should be stated in the contract and drawings or samples attached to avoid disputes caused by structural misunderstanding.
