EN71 (European Toy Safety Standard)

EN71 is the EU safety standard for toy products, developed by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN), and is a harmonized standard under the EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. It covers requirements including physical and mechanical properties, flammability, and chemical migration. Toys exported to the EU must comply with EN71 and bear the CE mark.
