The Contract Quality Guarantee Executive Form is an operational document used in the performance of foreign trade contracts to specifically implement quality guarantee clauses. It is typically filled out by the seller or manufacturer after contract signing and before delivery, detailing execution specifics such as the person responsible for quality assurance, inspection standards, inspection methods, sampling plans, nonconforming product handling procedures, and quality record retention periods.
