The Contract Quality Guarantee Guarantee Form is a written document required by the buyer from the seller in international trade to guarantee that the quality of the goods under the contract conforms to the agreed standards. It is usually issued by the seller or a third-party guarantee institution, serving as a supplement to the quality assurance clause or as an independent guarantee certificate. Usage scenarios include: bulk commodity procurement, mechanical equipment import, long-term supply agreements, etc., where the buyer asserts quality claims before payment or after receipt of goods based on this form. Precautions: The form must clearly specify the scope of guarantee, validity period, claim conditions, and guarantee amount, and must be consistent with the quality clause and inspection clause in the contract; if issued by a bank or insurance company, it may transform into an independent guarantee, in which case attention must be paid to the difference from a demand guarantee. Unlike a general quality assurance letter, the guarantee form emphasizes third-party guarantee or a legally enforceable commitment, and is often one of the documents for negotiation under a letter of credit.
