DDP with Tax Included

DDP with Tax Included (Shuangqing Baoshui) is a commonly used term in foreign trade practice, meaning the seller is responsible for export customs declaration (customs clearance) in the exporting country and import customs declaration (customs clearance) in the importing country, and bears all taxes and fees such as import duties and value-added tax, delivering the goods to the destination designated by the buyer. It is essentially a variant of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), but places greater emphasis on the two service aspects of 'double clearance' and 'tax included'. Usage scenarios: commonly seen in cross-border e-commerce small parcels, sample orders, LCL bulk cargo, or when the buyer is unfamiliar with import procedures, where the seller provides a one-stop logistics solution. Precautions: the seller must accurately calculate the destination country's taxes and fees to avoid additional costs caused by errors in tariff classification or declared value; at the same time, it is necessary to confirm whether the buyer has import qualifications, otherwise customs clearance may not be completed. Difference from DDP: DDP is a standard term in the Incoterms, while DDP with Tax Included is a colloquial expression in the logistics industry and is generally not applicable to bulk trade or letter of credit settlement. Compared with DAP, DAP does not include tax, and the buyer must pay customs duties on its own.
