CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

A Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is a high-precision inspection device that uses a probe to move along three mutually perpendicular axes (X, Y, Z) to accurately measure the geometric dimensions, shape, and positional tolerances of objects. It is widely used in quality control and reverse engineering in industries such as machinery manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and electronics. In foreign trade, CMMs often appear as export equipment or procurement goods. Their technical parameters (e.g., measuring range, accuracy, probe system), brand, and certifications (e.g., CE, ISO) directly affect quotation and customs clearance.
