Full Shipment

Full Shipment means the seller ships all goods in the buyer's order in one single shipment, without partial shipment. This term is commonly used in letters of credit and sales contracts to specify the shipping method. Usage scenarios include: the buyer requires the goods to arrive at the same time to coordinate with production or sales plans; the letter of credit stipulates 'partial shipment not allowed'; or both parties agree on full shipment to simplify logistics and customs clearance. Note: If the contract or letter of credit stipulates 'Full Shipment', the seller must prepare all goods at once and arrange shipment on the same means of transport and the same voyage; otherwise it constitutes a breach of contract, which may lead to bank refusal of payment or buyer's claim. It is the opposite of 'Partial Shipment', which allows shipment in multiple lots. The difference is: full shipment emphasizes one-time delivery, suitable for single goods, small quantities, or when the buyer requires unified arrival; partial shipment is flexible, suitable for transactions with long production cycles or heavy financial pressure. The seller should pay attention to shipping schedule, space, and time for goods preparation to avoid delays that prevent full shipment on time.
