The Contract Quality Guarantee Grassroots Form is a supplementary document used in foreign trade contracts to specify the implementation details of quality guarantee clauses, typically serving as an attachment to the main contract or as a standalone form. Its core function is to break down quality guarantee responsibilities to the most basic production or supply units (such as factory workshops or quality inspection teams), recording specific operational standards, inspection methods, responsible persons, and rectification procedures. Usage scenarios include: bulk commodity procurement, mechanical equipment export, OEM manufacturing, and other transactions with high requirements for quality traceability. Precautions: This form must be consistent with the quality clauses of the main contract to avoid ambiguity; it should clearly fill in the names of grassroots units, inspection points, and signing authority; it cannot replace a formal Quality Guarantee and serves only as an internal execution tool.
