The Contract Quality Guarantee Ethics Form is an ancillary document in international trade that combines quality assurance with a commitment to business ethics. It is typically attached to a contract or issued as a standalone declaration. Its core meaning is that the seller undertakes in the contract that the goods supplied conform to the agreed quality standards, and simultaneously guarantees compliance with business ethics (such as prohibition of child labor, adherence to environmental regulations, and absence of fraudulent practices) in production, inspection, packaging, and transportation. It is commonly used when European or American customers or large procurement companies require suppliers to sign it, especially in industries such as food, textiles, and electronics.
