Contract Technical Service

Contract Technical Service refers to one party (usually the technology provider) providing professional services in a specific technical field to another party (usually the technology recipient) according to a contract, such as installation guidance, commissioning, training, maintenance, technical consulting, etc. This term is commonly used in international engineering contracting, equipment export, technology licensing, and other foreign trade scenarios, and is an important part of technology trade.
