M: But the quiet floor is exactly what we need! The current library is so noisy with group discussions. I can't concentrate during finals. Having a dedicated quiet floor would help me study more effectively. W: I see your point, but I think the university could use that money for more important things, like updating the outdated computers. Also, most students study at night anyway, so 24 hours is the real benefit. M: I disagree. The quiet floor would benefit everyone, not just me.
