I always study better late at night, and right now I have to leave at midnight. Woman: I get that, but I've heard that the library is already understaffed. Adding overnight hours might mean fewer staff during the day, so daytime help could be harder to find. Man: But they said they're hiring temporary staff, so that shouldn't be an issue. Plus, with more security, I'd feel safer walking home late. Woman: Security is good, but the extra noise and people might make it harder to concentrate during the day if they change the layout. Man: I doubt it. I think the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. For me, it's a win-win.
