M: That's the issue—there's no space to add rooms. The third floor is already full. So they must be converting some rooms. Also, 24/7 hours mean more staff, which could raise tuition.
W: I guess you have a point. But I still think the extra hours help during finals.
M: They do, but the quiet floor might hurt group projects. And the cost is a real concern.
