W: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea. M: Really? I'm not so sure. The 24/7 hours are nice, but the new quiet floor is a problem. W: Why? A quiet floor sounds perfect for focusing. M: But it's only on the third floor, and that's where the group study rooms are. I often use those for project meetings. If they turn the whole floor into a quiet zone, we'll lose those rooms. W: I didn't think of that. But the announcement says they're adding the quiet floor, not removing study rooms. M: That's the issue—there's no space to add rooms. The third floor is already full. So they must be converting some rooms. Also, 24/7 hours mean more staff, which could raise tuition. W: I guess you have a point. But I still think the extra hours help during finals. M: They do, but the quiet floor might hurt group projects. And the cost is a real concern.
