Bonded Logistics Park

A Bonded Logistics Park is a special economic zone approved by customs and operating under customs supervision, specifically engaged in bonded warehousing, simple circulation processing, transit trade, international procurement, distribution, and delivery. Its core feature is 'domestic territory outside customs,' meaning goods entering the park are treated as exported and eligible for export tax rebates; goods entering the domestic market from the park are subject to import declaration and taxation. Use cases include international transit, distribution, LCL consolidation, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), and cross-border e-commerce bonded stockpiling. Notes: Enterprises must register with customs and maintain compliant account books; storage period is typically 1 year, extendable upon application; commercial processing and refurbishing are prohibited. Differences from bonded zones, export processing zones, and bonded port areas: Bonded Logistics Parks focus more on logistics and distribution, with no manufacturing; compared to bonded warehouses, multiple enterprises can operate within the park and goods can flow freely. Compared to free trade zones, Bonded Logistics Parks have more specialized policies but lower openness.
