Rotation Proofreader refers to a system in foreign trade email communication where multiple team members take turns serving as proofreaders, conducting cross-checks on grammar, spelling, tone, format, and cultural sensitivity for each outgoing email to reduce the risk of communication errors. This term is commonly used in enterprises with high foreign trade volume and close team collaboration, especially for key emails such as customer inquiry replies, quotations, and contract term confirmations. Usage scenarios include: new employees' emails need to be reviewed by the rotating proofreader, important customer emails require dual confirmation, and proofreading responsibilities rotate during cross-timezone team handovers.
