Rotation Manpower

"Rotation Manpower" is an informal operational term in the foreign trade industry. It refers to the practice, in email marketing or customer communication, of having multiple salespeople take turns using different email accounts to send development letters or follow-up emails, in order to prevent the same sender's email address from being flagged as spam due to high-frequency sending. It is commonly used in B2B foreign trade development, bulk follow-ups after trade shows, cross-border e-commerce EDM marketing, etc. Precautions: during rotation, ensure that the sending frequency and content of each email account are differentiated to avoid being identified by anti-spam systems; at the same time, unify the follow-up ownership after customers reply to prevent internal conflicts over the same lead. The difference from "mass emailing" is that rotation manpower emphasizes alternating multiple accounts to reduce the risk of account suspension, rather than a single large-scale mass send; the difference from "email outsourcing" is that rotation manpower is usually operated by internal employees rather than outsourced to a third party. This term is not a standard trade term, but rather an industry nickname for an operational strategy.
