Custom-built Booth

A custom-built booth refers to an exhibitor's booth that is individually designed, constructed, and decorated beyond the standard booth setup to highlight brand image and enhance product display. Compared with a standard booth, a custom-built booth is usually larger (e.g., starting from 18 square meters) and allows the exhibitor to carry out customized work on structure, lighting, materials, and multimedia either by itself or through a professional contractor. Use scenarios include large international exhibitions (such as the Canton Fair, CES, and Hannover Messe), where companies aim to attract more professional buyers, hold new product launches, or conduct brand promotion. Notes: design drawings must be submitted to the organizer in advance, and construction management fees, electricity fees, and custom-built booth deposits must be paid; construction must comply with the venue's fire and safety regulations; and the site must be restored to its original condition during dismantling. The difference from a standard booth is that a standard booth is uniformly built by the organizer and provides only basic configurations, while a custom-built booth reflects a company's unique style, costs more, but delivers better display results.
