Form H (China-Honduras)

FORM H is a preferential certificate of origin between China and Honduras, officially known as the 'Certificate of Origin under the China-Honduras Free Trade Agreement'. This certificate is used to prove that goods exported from China to Honduras originate in China, so that the importer can enjoy tariff preferences under the agreement. Usage scenario: When Chinese products are exported to Honduras, the importer can use this certificate to apply for tariff reduction or exemption. Notes: The certificate must be applied for by the exporter or manufacturer to China Customs or the CCPIT. It must be filled out accurately, especially the origin criteria, commodity codes, etc., and must be issued before shipment or within the prescribed time after shipment. Difference from other terms: FORM H is different from the Generalized System of Preferences Certificate of Origin (FORM A) or the China-ASEAN Certificate of Origin (FORM E). It is specifically used for China-Honduras trade. Although Honduras currently does not have diplomatic relations with China, this certificate is based on a bilateral arrangement, and actual use requires attention to policy changes. In addition, if the goods are transshipped through a third country, a certificate of non-manipulation must be provided.
