Stackable Tray

A stackable tray is a tray designed to be stacked vertically, commonly used in logistics, warehousing, and transportation for carrying, storing, and handling goods. It features special feet or groove structures at the bottom that securely interlock with the tray below, allowing multiple layers to be stacked vertically, saving space and improving loading efficiency. Usage scenarios include container shipping, warehouse storage, and production line turnover, especially suitable for light to medium-weight goods. Precautions: Confirm the stacking layer limit, load capacity, and stability to avoid collapse due to overloading; stackable trays of different materials (plastic, metal, wooden) vary greatly in performance, so specifications must be clarified with the supplier. The difference from ordinary flat trays is that stackable trays emphasize stacking functionality, while ordinary trays are typically used in a single layer; unlike 'nestable trays,' which can be nested when empty to reduce volume but have inconsistent heights after stacking. In foreign trade contracts, the number of stacking layers, material, dimensions, and load requirements should be specified to prevent cargo damage during transportation.
