Corrugated Carton

A corrugated carton is a transport packaging container made of corrugated fiberboard, widely used for cargo packaging in foreign trade exports. Its structure is usually single-wall, double-wall, or triple-wall, selected according to cargo weight and transport conditions. Usage scenarios include long-distance transport such as sea, air, and land, and it is especially suitable for electronic products, furniture, and food. Precautions: it must comply with the environmental requirements of the exporting country (for example, ISPM15 wood packaging regulations do not apply to cartons, but moisture protection should be noted), stacking strength, and clear printed shipping marks. Difference from 'cardboard box': a corrugated carton specifically refers to a carton with a corrugated layer, offering higher strength; compared with a 'wooden crate', it is lighter and lower in cost, but weaker in load-bearing and compression resistance. In foreign trade, carton specifications (dimensions, weight, material) are often required to calculate freight and warehousing.
