Amazon Logistics

Amazon Logistics is Amazon's self-built logistics and delivery network, designed to provide integrated services such as warehousing, delivery, and returns for platform sellers. Use cases include: when sellers use FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), Amazon Logistics is responsible for delivering goods from fulfillment centers to buyers; and Amazon provides MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network) delivery services for third-party sellers through its logistics network. Notes: Amazon Logistics is not a traditional international freight forwarder; it mainly covers last-mile delivery, and sellers must handle first-leg transportation and customs clearance themselves. In addition, Amazon Logistics has restrictions on package size and weight, and its delivery range is limited to areas covered by Amazon fulfillment centers. The difference from commercial express carriers such as UPS and FedEx is that Amazon Logistics is a platform-exclusive logistics service and does not accept general freight business externally. The difference from FBA is that FBA is a warehousing and delivery service, while Amazon Logistics is the physical network that executes delivery. Foreign trade practitioners should view it as a tool to improve delivery timeliness and buyer experience, but they need to plan in conjunction with their own supply chain.
