Contract Quality Guarantee Method refers to the systematic arrangements in international trade contracts to ensure that the goods delivered by the seller comply with the agreed quality standards. Common methods include: Performance Bond, Inspection Clause, Warranty Period, third-party inspection (e.g., SGS), and claim and return mechanisms for quality non-conformity. It is mostly used in quality-sensitive transactions such as machinery, electronic products, and bulk commodities.
