Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during finals week only. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added to reduce noise complaints. The administration believes these changes will better support students during high-stress periods.

M: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea. W: Really? I'm not so sure. Extending hours only during finals week doesn't help much—we need 24/7 access throughout the semester, especially for group projects. M: But the quiet floor is a big improvement. Last semester, I couldn't concentrate because of noisy groups. W: That's true, but they should have added more study rooms instead. A quiet floor means we have to whisper even for quick questions. M: Well, I still think it's a step forward. At least they're acknowledging the problem. W: I see your point, but I think the changes are too limited and don't address the real needs.
