Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during finals week. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added to reduce noise distractions. The policy aims to support students during high-stress periods and improve study conditions.

Woman: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's great! Man: Really? I'm not so sure. Twenty-four hours seems unnecessary. Most students don't study that late anyway. Woman: But during finals, many of us stay up all night! And the quiet floor is perfect—I can't concentrate with all the group discussions on the main floor. Man: I guess that helps, but what about the cost? The library will need more staff and security. That's a waste of money. Woman: They can use student volunteers, and safety is worth it. Plus, the quiet floor will cut down on complaints. I bet more students will use it than you think. Man: Well, I still think it's overkill. But I see why you like it.
