Additionally, on-campus housing will be guaranteed for upperclassmen who apply early, and new dormitory facilities will be opened to accommodate the increased demand.

Woman: Did you see the email about requiring freshmen to live on campus? I think it's a great idea. Man: Really? I have mixed feelings. It might be too restrictive. Woman: But think about it—freshmen often struggle with adjusting to college life. Living on campus gives them easy access to study groups, tutoring, and campus events. That can really boost their grades and help them make friends. Man: That's true, but what about the cost? Dorms are more expensive than off-campus apartments. Woman: Actually, the university is building new dorms, which will increase supply and lower prices over time. Plus, they're offering financial aid for housing to low-income students. Man: I hadn't thought of that. It does seem more fair now.
