Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during final exam weeks. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added to reduce noise disturbances. The administration believes this will improve student performance and satisfaction.

M: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea. Having 24/7 access during finals is a lifesaver. I often pull all-nighters, and the current 2 a.m. closing time is really inconvenient. W: True, but what about the quiet floor? I heard they're converting the entire third floor into a silent zone. That might be too restrictive. Some students, like me, prefer to study in groups and discuss ideas. M: I see your point, but the quiet floor is only one floor. There are still other floors for group work. Plus, it will actually help me concentrate better. I get distracted easily by chatter. W: Hmm, I guess that makes sense. But I still worry about the noise rules being too strict. What if someone accidentally whispers? M: The announcement says it will be clearly enforced, but I think it's worth it. More quiet space means fewer distractions for everyone who needs it.
