Additionally, a new quiet study zone will be added on the third floor to accommodate increased demand. The university believes these changes will reduce noise complaints and provide more flexible study options for students.

M: Did you see the library announcement? I think it's a great idea, especially the 24/7 hours during finals. Last semester, I had to leave at midnight just when I was getting into my study flow. Now I can stay as long as I need.
W: True, but what about the quiet study zone? Don't you think it's unnecessary? The library is already pretty quiet.
M: Actually, I think the quiet zone is the best part. The main areas are often noisy with group discussions. I remember trying to concentrate for my biology exam, but people were chatting nearby. A dedicated silent area would really help me focus.
W: So you're fully supporting both changes?
M: Absolutely. They address the two biggest problems I've had – limited hours and noise. I bet many students feel the same way.
