Staying up late to study during finals is so common, and having the library open until 2 a.m. will be a lifesaver. My dorm gets too noisy at night, so I often have to study in the cafeteria, which closes at midnight. Now I'll have a quiet place to focus. Also, the new silent floor is perfect. I've had so many times when group study sessions in the regular areas got too loud. With a dedicated silent floor, I can finally concentrate without distractions. I think this is a great move by the administration.
