W: I see your point, but I think the 24/7 hours are worth it. I've had all-nighters and had to go to the 24-hour diner. Also, the quiet floor will actually be enforced—they'll have monitors. So I'm for it.
M: I still think it's unfair. Two reasons: the fee hits everyone, even those who don't benefit, and the quiet floor is just a band-aid. They should fix the noise problem on the main floors first.
