The university announces that starting next semester, the campus library will extend its hours on weekdays from 10 PM to midnight, and will also open on Sundays from noon to 8 PM. To accommodate this, the library will reduce its weekend afternoon hours on Saturdays, closing at 4 PM instead of 6 PM. The administration believes this change will better serve students' study needs during peak times.

Student A: Did you see the library announcement? I think it's a great idea. I often need to study late on weekdays for my projects, and now I can stay until midnight. That extra two hours really helps. Student B: I see your point, but I'm against it. The cut on Saturday afternoon is a huge loss. I work part-time on weekdays, so Saturday is my only free time to do research. Closing at 4 PM means I lose two valuable hours. Student A: But don't forget the new Sunday hours. You could go then. Student B: Sunday is my only day to relax and catch up on sleep. I don't want to spend it in the library. Plus, many students have weekend jobs or activities. The library should keep Saturday hours, not reduce them.
