Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during finals week. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added to reduce noise distractions. The university believes these changes will improve student performance and satisfaction.

M: Really? I'm not so sure. Extending hours during finals week is fine, but a whole new quiet floor? That seems overkill.
W: But the quiet floor is exactly what we need. Last semester, I couldn't find a silent spot anywhere. Everyone was talking in groups, even on the higher floors.
M: I get that, but they're already building a new study center. Why spend more money on the library? Plus, 24/7 hours will just mean more noise and security issues.
W: Still, the quiet floor would give us a dedicated space. And 24/7 hours help night owls like me. The new study center is too far from my dorm.
M: I suppose, but I think the money could be better spent on more tutors. That would help more students academically.
