However, to ensure safety, students must present their university ID at the entrance after 10 PM. Additionally, the quiet study floor will be temporarily opened to all students during this period.

Woman: Did you see the library announcement? I think it's a great idea. Man: Really? I have mixed feelings. I mean, 24/7 access sounds nice, but the ID check after 10 PM could be a hassle. Woman: Actually, that's a good thing. It ensures only students use the facilities, so we feel safer on campus at night. Plus, it's not that difficult to show your ID. Man: I suppose. But what about the quiet floor being open to everyone? That might get noisy. Woman: Well, during finals, everyone needs a place to study, so it's better to have more space. And honestly, most students will be too focused to make noise. I think the extension outweighs the drawbacks.
