Student A: Second, I doubt many students will actually use it. Most people prefer studying in groups in the student center, which is already open late. The library is too quiet and isolated. I think the university should spend money on more group study rooms instead.
Student B: I see your point. Maybe the announcement isn't as helpful as it seems.
