Campus Notice: Extended Library Hours During Finals Week Starting Monday, December 10, the university library will extend its hours to 24/5 (Monday through Friday) until the end of finals week. This change aims to provide students with more flexible study time. Additionally, the library will offer free coffee and tea from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. to support students during late-night study sessions. Normal hours will resume after finals.

W: Hey Tom, did you see the new library hours for finals week? M: Yeah, I did. I think it's a great idea. I often have to leave the library at midnight when it closes, and I'm in the middle of studying. Now I can stay as long as I need. W: True, but what about the free coffee and tea? Don't you think that might be a distraction? M: Actually, that's the second reason I like it. I usually drink coffee to stay awake, but I have to buy it from the vending machine, which is expensive. Free coffee will save me money and keep me focused. Plus, having it available late at night means I won't have to leave the building to find a café.
