The library will also add extra study tables on the first floor. Students can use their ID cards to access the building late at night.

W: Really? I think it's great. I often can't finish my essays by 10 PM.
M: But I heard that the library staff is already overworked. They'll have to stay even later, and they might get more tired, which could affect their service during the day.
W: Hmm, I didn't think about that. But they could hire part-time student workers for the extra shifts.
M: True, but the cost would be high. Plus, adding more tables in the first floor might not help because it's always noisy there; students prefer quieter areas.
W: Well, I still think the extra hours are useful, but you have a point about the noise and staff.
M: Actually, I oppose the plan because it wastes resources. Most students, like me, can manage our time better. And the extra tables won't solve the real problem of limited quiet study space.
