W: Really? I'm not so sure. I mean, most students don't even use the library after midnight. Wouldn't it be better to just have more study rooms during the day?
M: But some students, like me, are night owls. I always have to leave at 10 PM when I'm in the zone. Plus, during finals, the library is packed even at night.
W: I get that, but cutting the print journals is a big downside. Many of us in the humanities still prefer browsing physical copies for research. Digital versions sometimes miss important illustrations and layouts.
M: True, but I rarely use print journals. And having a quiet place to study late is more valuable to me. Also, the digital library is more accessible from anywhere, so it's a fair trade-off.
