The university announces that the campus library will extend its weekend hours from Saturday and Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM to 10 AM - 10 PM, starting next month. The extension aims to provide more study time for students, especially during exam periods. The library will also add a new quiet study zone on the third floor to accommodate increased usage.

Woman: Did you see the email about the library hours? I think it's a great idea. Man: Really? I'm not so sure. It might cost a lot to keep the library open longer, and they could use that money for more books or better computers. Woman: But think about how many students need a quiet place to study on weekends, especially before finals. I always struggle to find a seat on Sunday afternoons. Man: That's true, but I heard the third floor quiet zone will be only for graduate students. That doesn't help me as an undergrad. Woman: Well, I'm an undergrad too, but the extended hours alone help. Plus, the new zone might free up other areas for us. I'm all for it. Man: I still think it's a waste. But if it helps you, fine.
