Campus Announcement: Extended Library Hours During Finals Week
Starting Monday, the university library will extend its hours to 24/7 until the end of finals week. This change aims to provide students with more flexible study time. Additionally, the quiet study floor will be moved to the third floor to reduce noise from group study areas. Students are encouraged to use the new late-night shuttle service for safety.

M: Did you see the email about the library staying open all night? I think it's great! I always study better late at night.
W: I'm not so sure. I mean, it's nice to have the option, but I'm worried about the noise. They're moving the quiet floor to the third floor, but my favorite study spot is on the second floor near the windows.
M: But that's actually a good thing. The second floor will now be for group work, so you won't have to worry about people shushing you when you're discussing with your project team. And the third floor is even quieter now because it's farther from the entrance.
W: Hmm, maybe you're right. But what about safety? I live off campus, and I don't want to walk alone at 3 a.m.
M: That's why they added the shuttle! It runs every 20 minutes now, so you can get home safely. I think it's a win-win.
W: I guess I didn't think about that. You've convinced me. Actually, I might start using the library more at night too.
