Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during final exam weeks. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added to reduce noise disturbances. The administration believes these changes will improve students' academic performance and satisfaction.

Man: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's great. I often pull all-nighters before finals, and right now the library closes at midnight. That forces me to study in my noisy dorm room. Woman: True, but I'm worried about the noise. The new quiet floor won't help—people still talk on phones and type loudly. I'd prefer they enforce existing rules better. Man: But 24/7 access is a game-changer for me. I can focus better there. Plus, I heard they'll also add more group study rooms, which means fewer distractions on other floors. Woman: That's a good point. I didn't think about the extra rooms. Maybe I'm being too pessimistic. I do like that they're trying to address noise. Man: Exactly. And having a dedicated quiet floor shows they're listening. I'm sure it'll be quieter than the dorms at least.
