Student 1: Did you see the library announcement? They're keeping the library open until midnight on weekdays but cutting weekend hours. I think it's a terrible idea. Student 2: Really? I thought it would help those who cram before exams on weekdays. Student 1: But most students, including me, do their major assignments and group projects on weekends. Saturday afternoons are prime time for research and writing. Now we'll lose four hours on both Saturday and Sunday. Student 2: I see your point. But the extra weekday hours might help commuters like me who can't stay late on weekends. Student 1: Still, the library is already crowded on weekend afternoons. Cutting those hours will make it even harder to find a seat. Plus, many students work part-time on weekdays, so they only have weekends to study. The change just doesn't reflect our real needs.
