W: I guess that's true, but what about the noise? The lounge is in the student center, which is right next to the dorms. Students might be loud at night and disturb others.
M: That's a valid concern, but the lounge is meant to keep night owls out of the dorms. I think it will actually reduce noise complaints.
W: Well, I still think it will be hard to staff the library that late. It could be a waste of money if few students use it.
