Campus Announcement: The university will extend library hours to 24/7 starting next semester. This change aims to accommodate students' varying study schedules and to provide a quiet space for night owls. In addition, the library will add a new café on the first floor, offering coffee and light snacks, to support students during long study sessions. The extended hours will be funded by a small increase in student fees.

Man: Did you see the announcement about the library? I'm really excited about the 24/7 hours. I often study late at night and the current closing time is a hassle. This will make it so much easier to get work done. Woman: I get that, but I'm worried about the fee increase. My budget is already tight. Man: True, but the fee is only like $20 a semester. That's worth it for the convenience. Plus, the café will be great for grabbing a coffee when I'm pulling an all-nighter. Woman: I suppose, but I still think they could have found other ways to fund it, like cutting some administrative costs. Man: Well, I think it's a fair trade-off. Having a quiet place to study anytime is a huge benefit for me.
