The 24/7 hours mean I can pull all-nighters without worrying about being kicked out. Also, the new quiet floor is perfect because the main floor gets so loud with group projects. Man: I see your point, but I'm not convinced. Extending hours is expensive, and I doubt many students will actually use it at 3 a.m. Most of us would rather sleep. Plus, the quiet floor might just move the noise problem upstairs—people will still talk in the stairwells or on their phones. I think the money could be better spent on more study rooms or updated computers. Woman: But think about the commuter students like me. I can't go home and come back, so having the library open all night helps me stay focused. And the quiet floor actually enforces rules—staff will monitor it, so it will be truly silent. I'm really looking forward to it.
