University Library Announces Extended Hours During Finals Week. Starting Monday, the library will be open 24 hours a day until Friday. Additional study spaces on the second floor will be available, and free coffee will be provided from 10 PM to 2 AM. The administration hopes this will help students prepare for exams and reduce stress.

W: Did you see the library announcement? I'm so glad they're extending hours. I always pull all-nighters during finals.
M: Really? I think it's a bad idea. I mean, the library is already crowded, and more hours won't solve the seating problem. They keep the same number of desks, so it'll still be packed.
W: But they said they're opening the second floor study spaces. That's more room.
M: True, but those spaces are usually noisy. I prefer quiet. Also, free coffee might just make people more hyper and talkative, which is distracting.
W: I see your point, but I still think it helps those who have no other place to study at night.
M: Well, for me, I'd rather study at home where it's quiet. I won't use the library at night anyway.
